Refund policy

All Sales Final on Cigars

Due to the perishable, consumable, and age-restricted nature of premium cigars, all cigar sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cigars once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Defective Cigars

We pack every order with care. If your cigars arrive damaged in transit, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@canosacompany.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Accessories

Unused, unopened accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the cigar all-sales-final terms apply. Email hello@canosacompany.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

All tobacco shipments require an adult signature (21+). If a package is refused, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, we will refund the product price less original shipping and any carrier return fees.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a correction at no cost to you.
