Cancellation policy

Recurring Billing

The Vault Monthly Allocation is a subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Canosa & Co. to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Your subscription renews on the same date each month unless cancelled beforehand.

How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing hello@canosacompany.com. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must be made before your upcoming renewal date.

After a Charge Has Processed

Once a renewal has been billed and the order has shipped, that shipment cannot be cancelled or refunded. Cancellation stops all future charges; it does not refund an order already in process.

Shipping & Age Verification

All subscription shipments are subject to the same terms as one-time orders, including an adult signature (21+) upon delivery and our state shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your address, your subscription will be cancelled and any affected charge refunded.

Changes

We may update pricing or subscription terms with reasonable notice. Continued enrollment after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
